APPLICATIONS TO:
Agriculture-Food: molecular characterization of dietary fiber and other macromolecules and natural substances in food and agricultural products, e.g. polyphenols, lignin, tannins, proteinaceous substances and carbohydrates; flavours in aromatic plants.
Environment: organic pollutants in terrestrial and marine environments, i.e.water, soil, air, and sediments; humic substances in soil and marine sediments.
Chemistry of art: ancient manuscripts (inks, colors, supports); monument patinas; natural and fossil resins (amber).
